News Group access

I am looking at both of these companies for news group access. I want to be able to upload pictures and download pictures. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Not sure if this is off topic as I want to be able to go to the television x newsgroup which is on topic!

Allows you 10 free enlarged pics a day or if you register 50 per day

Thanks Buttsie, but yes I can access that. My main news group dilema is which company to go with who gives me the best posting freedom.
