Non Received Videos

Hi

Noticed that a few posters have not received the videos that they had purchased via various companies, if you purchased the video via a Credit Card all you need to do is call the Credit Card company and have a"Charge Back" applied. What this means is that the Credit Card company will refund you the charge and they in turn will claim this against the company which you purchased the goods against, similar to the Direct Debit guarantee.

I know it will be probably be embarassing to make the call but what the hell, it's your right and more importantly your money

If you do a chargeback your card will be blacklisted by pretty much all the billers and you will find it very hard to buy anything online. I'd suggest only doing it as a last resort.

I have to say that in all my purchases I've never once been let down by anyone I've used. I've ordered through STB, Jaded, Excalibur, Your Choice, Lez Love, Vidshop and more I can't remember now. Always I've been sent within reasonable time what I ordered. I do my research before to make sure others have had god success, but I suspect that any 'non delivery' is probably a rare occurance.

stb all great no problems at all but hcc i was told were also very good
but we learn.

Never used HCC - tend to stick (boom boom !!) with the tried and trusted:
STB (and their DVD site)
StrictlyFilms and
YourChoice

Not been disappointed once (yet - as head hits wooden surface ! for good luck)
