If you're launching a new site, mostly stills with a few video clips, what's the least content you can get away with for launch?

Is it worth bothering with straight stuff any more? I like pretty girls as much as the next man, but it all starts to look the same. Will I make more money with a fetish site?

If I shoot all my own stuff, can I sell some to content providers and make a few quid that way, or is it better to keep it all to myself?

Do you always get to shag the models afterwards?
