Just been looking at the Riviera DVD web site () and I have to say, when looking at all the Czech and Hungarian cuties listed it makes 95% of the girls on BGAFD look most unapetising.
Like British food, our girls appear stodgy compared to the lithe, fit, sexy East Europeans.
When you see how few British girls have starred in big European and US productions I think it says a lot about the standards over here.
Surely it's not enough to be willing to fuck and suck in front of a camera... there should be something aesthetically pleasing in the look of the girls employed.

We can, to continue your analogy, sample any number of international dishes, but I believe that most of us prefer to eat at home because:
a) It is much easier to identify with the participants (I personally have never porked anyone who looks remotely like Sylvia Saint ... but one of my ex-girlfriends looked (and sounded) a hell of a lot like amanda dawkins).
b) It reflects our nation's sexual psyche - which is (IMHO) dissimilar to that of the Yanks or other European nations.

Also, they are lots of things you need to take into account as to why they are so many more east european models than Brits. For one thing, there's a hell of alot more of them and a higher percentage of them are willing to do adult films for reasons very, very different to British girls.

I don't think there is much doubt that the Eastern Europeans as a whole have perkier natural tits ,fitter bodies and have a certain barely legal look that apears to be the flavor of the month

British girls are best? Well they may be but we have a problem with our British ?Stars?. The problem is that most of them are also escorts or doing parties, well that?s the new name for whatever it is that earns money. Don?t get me wrong and I have no wish to make myself more unpopular but we have to face facts. It is all basically a question of attitude. In general, English girls range from lazy to bone idle.
I have all but given up on the model agency side of my life and although I occasionally advertise now, it is more of a wistful hope rather than expecting new, eager talent -willing to learn and earn. My own personal experiences lead me to believe that Americans tend to like whatever is the biggest, irrespective of quality... this has been shown over the years in their cars, their "cuisine" (last time I was in the US all the restaurants I went to were trying to out-do each other in terms of portion size... but no matter where you went, the food was pretty tasteless!) and now their porn stars. How many of them are 100% silicone free?
I'm sorry to see that this trend is being picked up in the UK. I first met Layla-Jade prior to her boob job. I also knew Melissa Walker before hers, too. Both of these girls are smashing people... sweet personalities, and I love them both, but I would be lying if I said I prefered their new looks. I've also seen pics of Cathy Barry and Michelle Thorne before they had boob jobs. IMHO they all looked better before than after.

I'd also be interested to know exactly where our sexual psyche differs from the Americans. We're both sexually repressed nations, on the whole. The main difference lies in the written American Constitution and Bill of Rights, which lay down certain basic freedoms, such as free speech, which people like Larry Flynt used in the courts to push the barriers of what was permissable in print, and ipso facto, in film.
The people of mainland Europe have always struck me as being far more liberated sexually than we Brits, so it is of no great surprise to me that so many beautiful young girls from France, Italy, Germany, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe are happy to do porn.
The saddest thing in my mind is that by fully integrating into the European Community we will benefit from some of the freedoms available elsewhere, but our small-minded little-englander mentality will not allow us to do so!

They are well educated and highly motivated.
If economics is the only criteria, how come so many of the British girls are middle class? Yes of course money plays a part, but so does motivation. Given that Hungary is so "poor" and America so "rich" you would think, based on the arguments some have expressed, that there would be no American porn stars at all! After all, living in such a wealthy nation, there is no need to do porn, is there? Unless of course you ENJOY doing porn. Then, a little like a footballer, you're getting paid to do something you enjoy.

When I first met Roxanne Hall, she was a skinny little waif who became an angel in front of the camera. She was my house guest for quite a while until the lure of US Big Bucks became too much to ignore (and quite rightly so).
However, her early lack of mammary magnitude was never a drawback, and as Bob said, neither was Layla's.
To my mind, if a girl NEEDS a boob job, then fine.
