ordered 2 tapes from amanda charles on Jun 29th and received them on Friday 6th July. So far so good.
BUT one of the tapes was the wrong title. I emailed them on friday night and got a reply by email today including the following:
I am sorry to hear that you have received the wrong item.
I have issued you a replacement for A968. I hope you receive it shortly. You can keep the wrong item and do as you wish with it.
I can thoroughly recommend them. Excellent customer service.
Now, any suggestions for what I can do with the tape i didn't order?!?!

What are Amanda Charles Videos like? They e-mailled me a while back about doing a couple of days work for them but I was in the US and couldn't make it at the time. I've never seen any of thier videos before.

i like 'em - slower than anything you'd get coming out of the states but that's their appeal! they have a nice pictorial quality too - something to do with their production methods, i guess!

Howsa about getting it right the 1st time ?
Sticking a vid in a pkge is really complicated after all.

Right first time? What planet are you on? Seriously, I sometimes wonder whether an outfit like ACF occasionally makes mistakes deliberately. Think of the good (free) publicity they have got from this one. Dealing promptly and satisfactorily with a mistake is a wonderful way to give customers confidence in you. Amada Charles has IMHO the best service of any I've dealt with.
Recently, my credit card would not work for some reason and I received several E-mails apologising for the fault - it lay with their server.
Eventually I received a brochure and was allowed a special offer although it had been out of date by a week or so.
My order arrived inside of a week.
As to quality - they have some of the best Camara work in the business with verey, very erotic shots. I podted here about this before. Also, the girls seem the y-o-u-n-g-e-s-t and most beautiful.

Come off it. That's taking cynicism a bit too far.
I had a problem with my order, I got a fast and very satisfactory response and in light of some of the bad luck stories posted here about rip off suppliers I thought it fair that I should point out when somebody got it right (eventually).
When I tried to place the order initially I had problems with their web site and emailed both them and Versa their credit card transaction people. I had replies and solutions from both ACF and Versa within hours and I managed to place the order. Compared with some of the dodgy characters I've dealt with over the years this was excellent service and I felt that this info might be useful to anyone else considering ordering from them. Surely that is one of the purposes of this forum - to exchange information and experiences.
Anyway, Chanta - please contact ACF. I would certainly buy anything starring you that they released. Their material is generally excellent.
PS the wrong tape I was sent is a 3 films on one tape (2hour 46 mins) Hungarian effort -Pool Party 2, Old & Young and Anal Party.
Anyone interested in a one for one swap?
