I would definitely say it's that guy I saw on a Channel 5 documentary recently that drinks petrol and sets light to his own piss.

and Omar Williams for the men. Must also mension Mark Davis who has been flying the UK flag for the guys in the US for a while and continues making movies. I supose he has made some extreme videos.
I'm sure we will get different answers from every one else.

i agree, Ashley Long is up there with Angel Long when it comes to extreme. i think Kelly Stafford was one of the first to push boundaries in more recent years, especially her work with Rocco.
