OK Sorry to bother you fellas. Just a short post compared to my usual rantings.
Does anyone know why Excalibur show your order as "to be shipped today" for weeks? Im starting to get upset.

Probably because they are not in stock and have t come from the suppliers mate.

Have you tried emailing their customer service department? The one occasion I had a problem with Excalibur they sorted it out very quickly when I emailed them.

All I got was a snotty mail more or less telling me to mind my own biz.
Jaded got 4 of 6 to me inside a week, Excalibur have just despatched 2 of 12 ordered b4 Xmas.
Wanna bet who gets my next Stateside order?

I could understand it if the titles were back-ordered but all the ones I chose were marked "ships in 3-5 days". I reckon they say they have stuff in stock when they dont. They wait for a customer to order a title then they get it in from the distributer.
