Yes, Hannah did spark Jessie out, and has also 'had a word' with Lynn who plays Gary's wife as Hannah lives with Gary in real life and was concerned at Lynns kisses. By all accounts, it terrified Lynn as its known Hannah is a bit handy
The West London of my youth is now on dvd

Cat Slater! is that the lass who looks like she could 'double' for Ronnie o Sullivan, if it,s the one I,m thinking of, she looks as though she,s been on overtime with the knife and fork, they say a TV Camera puts 10lb,s on you, in her case they must be shooting multiple angle shots, in widescreen, now Dot,s looks as if she,s 'Eaten' the Atkins diet, and forgotten what food is! there probably all on it as it,s very trendy at the moment, anyway they all talk shite, so it obviously working.

You would need an hour just to find it Stevie, stick to someone your own size, say-Gail out of corrie, you could take her for a lasagne, and a glass of 'blue-nun' she,d appreciate a bit of class....lol

Well that is a silly article. I haven't got the book with me now because I lent it to someone but the one thing in it I do remember clearly is that in the end you work out your own levels of intake for yourself because everyone is different.

The dangers mentioned in that article are plainly the result of ignoring that advice, not thinking for yourself and doing too much.

First of all I wasn't overweight when I started so the first thing I junked was the Induction. Next I looked for something I could fit into my lifestyle without thinking about it all the time. I decided to cut out bread and potatoes (mainly chips). Finding that this worked extremely well I decided to creep some of them back in and now all I do is eat very little bread and not so many chips.

I still eat fibre-rich cereal for breakfast and I now eat fresh fruit salad with huge lashings of double cream.

That's what works for me because I think for myself and work to the principle and not robotically to some recipe. It's always possible that there is no version of the Atkins diet that works for you. Well don't do it then, but only for that reason and not because you've been spooked by scare stories.
