I have been trying for 3 months, unsuccessfully so far, to get a claims form from the UK company who insured my furniture in transit to NZ. Their latest incompetence is to tell me, by email, that a form is being sent by post. On receipt of this mail the envelope contained a covering letter referring to the enclosed form....but there was no form.
My emailed response said "....get your ******* act together..."
This has upset them and I'm accused of using expletives. Can forumites suggest a good 7 letter word that might have been represented by my 7 asterisks.
Of course the expletive is entirely in their own minds....lol
