I don't eat veal or frois grois, but will eat the ethical versions.

I have watched animal slaughterings quite a few times (only on tv, not actually seen in real life) and in a way I guess I find it reassuring to see what actually happens.

I've watched these programs and as graphic as they are they still don't put me off eating meat

I went vegetarian about 4 years ago and the sheer quantity of food that i needed to eat in the end made me go back

vegetarian & strenuous exercise don't mix unless your disciplined

I am an unashmed omnivore myself, once in a while I do a bit of lobster catching and fishing, not very good at the fishing (can only get macrel), and Lobster is can be a tad bland. My friend had a video of a goat sacarfice(for a muslim wedding) But he wouldn't let me see, growing up in the country I not squeamish of these things.

These are good programmes...as long as the animals are given a certain amount of consideration then it is good to see experts at work...lambs only have a life to be killed for our benefit.The previous night showed veal calves having their throats cut..a bit graphic but the reality is that is what happens...its a shame we cant see a bit more of the reality of war and then we would be more agin it!

I watched the one on goats but found it upsetting. I thought they prolonged the killing by having only two slaughtermen on the line for the eight goats, leaving the others to be aware of their fate (and you could see they were) as each pair was killed.

I found it quite sensationalist at times as well.
