For a moment there I thought - 'Hell, that wind's getting up.' Then, a second later ? 'Shit, it's going to take the freaking roof off!' And a second after that - 'No, it's not the wind; it's a juggernaut crashing into the house!' But as it subsided I realised that it wasn't the wind or a juggernaut, it was an earth tremor. The strongest one I've felt in Yorkshire. Quite an experience. It put a fair shot of adrenalin into my system, I can tell ya'.

Yeah, felt it in Leeds. I thought the floor was gonna collapse...thank god it was a earthquake, I began to think that the house was haunted!

Fell asleep about 11pm and it woke me up. I had about 3 seconds of half-sleep/awake and thought a jumbo jet was about to flatten the house!

Lasted about 15 seconds and I could hear the house groaning. I'll have to check the walls in the morning.

Been in a few tremors while in LA but they weren't as bad as this one!

No doubt it won't belong before they start trying to blame such seismic activity on "global warming".

Pretty much everything else seems to be (allegedly) down to that these days.
