What OS are you using? XP home? XP Pro? XP-MCE? Vista?
Also another thing is to check you caputuring in 'pal' because if your caputuring pal, but the settings are set to NTSC you will get black and white...

OK well I had a look, and its not as apparent as it should be... I narrowed it down to 2, and I even went so far as to download one of the driver packs myself to see if there was a 'readme' file in it... But no... Nothing...
So Im NOT gonna advise you any further myself, but I would suggest that you contact customer support, (On the left of the driver page) and get them to tell yah...
Sorry I cant be more specific, but I dont wanna tell you the wrong thing...
I will again advise you to check that your capturing in PAL and not NTSC
