Immeadiate cessation of benefit, intrusive investigation of your circumstances, possible involvement of plod, irrespective of whether you thought you had broken the rules or not

I think that the outcome is predictable enough though: "No further action". The establishment (Labour or Tory - it doesn't matter) are very good at looking after each other.

But in any case, even in the extremely unlikely event that she's found to have a case to answer, I'd say that the danger of her being arrested and thus added to the DNA database is virtually nil.
