This will be the biggest test for Ferguson I feel, ok they have let big name players go in the past and he has by and large been proven right. Ronaldo is a quality player as we all know and as a United fan sorry to see him go but if truth be told he didnt play for the team last year he played for himself. This deal was probably in the pipeline some 9 months ago so good luck to him and all the best at Madrid. Will this improve Real Madrid who can tell but i wouldnt be putting my hard earned cash on them for nothing next year, then swap managers like theres no tmrw and Defensivley they are shocking they should have brough some decent Defenders. United will no doubt spend the cash on Valencia from Wigan and Ribbery.
