I go to clinic thats GUM down here in London, and tehy are fine about it...infact encourage me to come back and bring girls with me if they need testing.
What is the excuse for not giving a cert...do you tell them your an adult performer and stuff? Do they look at you as dirty and scum?? If the do ...they shouldnt....your doing the right thing by getting tested, they should encourage it. If its a cost then fine...pay them, if there scared theyll get sued if they get it wrong then maybe they should have mor confidence in them selves and make sure they are getting it right.

Why?
Chuck - I can't actually give you a reason... When I first contacted the GUM clinic in Sheffield and asked if they'd give me a certificate they asked "for what reason" - when I stated for work in the adult entertainment industry they simply gave a point blank refusal and never actually gave a reason, I simply assumed it was because they did not "support" the industry and "unsafe" sex with multiple partners... obviously, the GUM clinics preach safe sex so that is why I came to that assumption....
I myself use Indigo and have found them to be ABSOLUTELY FIRST RATE and cannot praise them highly enough... sadly its a time consuming and expensive trip especially now its once a month/every 3 weeks...

I personally think its the wrong thing for them to do, as you wont praise the system and not send anyone there. But...we dont know the reasons so we'll have to assume they just think its a dirty trade.
At least your having sex ina clean enviroment.......you could not bother now and go shagging girls from a club and catch something instead.....catch 22.

I have been doing adult modelling for a while, i have managed in the past to get HIV/STD certificates at Staincliffe Hospital near Dewsbury and also Huddersfield Hospital.
When i have asked for certificates, they say they only give results verbally, however if you are brave and tell them what it is for, they have provided them to me.
Due to how busy these clinics are, i have recently obtained testing at BUPA hospital in Leeds.
They charge ?50.00 for the testing, but also a further ?100.00 for the talk they give if you have any concerns. If you say this is not necessary and just want a basic test, you may get by without paying the ?100.00, but i would tell them in advance what precisely you are needing.
